At **PayDepot** we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting. You will play a key role in developing strategies to optimise financial performance and support the company’s growth objectives.
We have a nice office in Limassol, and if you are not in Cyprus yet, we will assist with relocation for you and your family.
What you’ll do
- Manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Evaluate and implement internal controls and financial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and accounting principles
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Fluent in Russian and English; other languages are a plus
